House of Delegates, January 18, 1872, I herewith enclose, by

county, a detailed statement of the sales, expenses, &c, of 
the Almshouse property.

sel fees, drawing papers, &c, in sale and pur-

Paid on account of purchase of Wm. Parks' prop- 
erty, which purchase was not consummated on 
account of defective title, and the amount is

Paid expenses of County Commissioners to va- 
rious Almshouses North, for plans for new

The condemnation damages, viz. . $26,000 was included 
in the levy of 1871, and not credited to ths Almshouse
